Five-day webinar to celebrate “Dyslexia Awareness Week”

From October 16th to 20th, 2023, CIET-NCERT, in collaboration with the Changeinkk Foundation, is hosting a 5-day training program under the theme "Celebrating Dyslexia" to promote inclusivity, access to education and awareness regarding the implementation of effective strategies to support individuals with dyslexia in their learning endeavours.

Get ready for a week of insightful sessions covering essential topics such as understanding specific learning disabilities, the teacher's role in identification and screening, remedial support and accommodations, inclusive teaching, and accessible assessments

These bilingual discussions in Hindi and English, along with Indian Sign Language interpretation, are open to all teachers, educators, edu leaders and anyone keen to learn.

The key takeaway from the discussion is that each stakeholder in the child's ecosystem plays a vital role in their development. Consequently, the Impact Interventions for children with specific learning disabilities, including dyslexia, can be maximised only if all stakeholders work harmoniously towards a common goal.
